How do I handle a plumbing emergency before your team arrives?
If you have a plumbing emergency where water is flowing from a suspected leak, we recommend always knowing where your individual fixtures (toilets, sinks, water heater, clothes washer, ice maker, etc.) and your home’s main shutoff valves are located and how to operate them. If your home doesn’t have a main shutoff installed, we’d recommend one installed as part of our visit.
What steps do you take to ensure cleanliness and minimize disruptions during a service call?
Our technicians wear floor protectors (shoe covers) or take off their footwear whenever in your home. We use drop cloths and floor runners in high traffic areas, and make sure we clean up after each job to ensure that your home is left as clean as possible. We also make sure we send experienced, background checked, drug tested plumbing techs with a fully stocked truck to make sure we can complete each job quickly and get your home back to normal as quickly as possible.
How do I know if I need a repair or a replacement for my plumbing system?
We will always recommend options whenever possible to allow you, the customer, to choose between a repair or replacement. If you are unsure which is best, our plumbing technicians will ensure they take the time to understand both the problem and your unique circumstances to recommend the best option whether it’s a small repair or a full replacement.
